In close collaboration with Plant Facility Manager and its Operation and Maintenance teams, and under the responsibility of the General Manager, the Technical Manager develops and coordinates the implementation of the Reliability policy at the site. With the support of his process and process controls experts, he/she monitors the overall plant performance, diagnoses and treats technical issues related to all technical aspects. With the support of the HSEQ Manager, he/she ensures that the technical solutions are respectful of company industrial management system. He/She manages the Technical department members who will handle any kind of project improving and supporting process safety, reliability, availability and efficiency in plant operation.
Responsibility:
1． Individual working as technical specialist
2． Responsible for analyzing and designing solutions to plant issues
3． Provide technical support to other departments, as well as troubleshooting, diagnosing and solving issues with both technology and process control
4． Capable to lead Technical assessment of the Technology
5． Act as a 2 way interface with Air Liquide Large Industry - World Industrial Specialists for the development and the implementation of the Group Standards during project execution and plant operations
6． Capable to execute Operational and Maintenance Review

Requirement:
1. Over 10-year technical and operation experience in gasification or petro-chemical industry, with at least 5-years as technical management role
2. Has specific knowledge of plant technology, including security functions and basis of design criteria, coal preparation, coal gasification, syngas cooling, CO shift and syngas purification, as well as plant start-up and plant performance testing
3. Has published technical essays related to Gasification, the member of China Gasification Association is plus
4. Bachelor degree and above, majored in Thermal Energy, Engineering or Chemical Engineering
5. Good communication skills and referenced team work are required
6. Excellent in gasification technical English and PC skills, fluent both in written and oral
