职位描述：
1.参与公司市场营销策略的制定；
2.执行公司营销策略并对区域市场开拓进行策划；
3.制定本区域营销计划、分解销售任务；
4.提供市场趋势、需求变化、竞争对手和客户反馈方面的准确信息；
5.督导办事处建设及业务开展工作，落实本区域货款的回收；
6.督导营销总部的销售政策的落实、各项制度的贯彻执行；
7.控制所辖区域办事处费用开支；
8.直接参与主持重要客户的业务谈判及成交；
9.对下属的工作进行评价并协助制定和实施绩效改善计划；
10.对业务人员进行培训、指导。

岗位要求：
1.市场营销或工商管理专业，身体健康。
2.有5年以上耐用消费品、建材的市场操作和营销管理（工程项目采购）经验,有连续3年以上家具行业(实木或板式家具)工作经验，
3.具有组织、管理和指导区域经理和业务员的工作能力。
4.处理营销工作中的突发事件的能力。
5.有开发和管理经销商或加盟连锁营销管理经验优先。
