岗位工作内容：
1、通过聊天工具接待客人，做好来询客人的导购服务，解答客户相关问题，促成订单，完成销售；
2、淘宝店铺常规售后服务，处理顾客付款后的一切疑问，确保客户的满意度；
3、记录售前、售中、售后等工作中遇到的问题，并对相关数据进行及时的统计；

4、服务至上，任何销售都是建立在良好的服务至上，及时同客户有效沟通和反馈订单信息，准确跟进处理销售订单；

5、负责店铺客服及淘宝的后台管理，例如产品的上架，发布图片，宝贝优化，对订单的一系列流程熟悉.

岗位要求：
1、中专以上学历，专业不限，性别不限；
2、熟悉计算机基本操作知识，打字速度快，懂PS的基本操作；

3、具备较好的语言沟通技巧和谈判技巧,以及良好的文字表述能力；
4、熟悉淘宝网，有淘宝客服经验和开过淘宝店优先；
5、代表店铺和买家进行沟通销售，有耐心亲和力,工作细心认真。
