职位描述
Job Accountabilities
- Conduct pre-production, in-line, pre-final and final inspections as instructed by the Quality Assurance Supervisor.
- Ensure merchandise is made to sample, specifications, is properly assorted, labeled and packaged, confirm cartons are properly marked and exhibit correct destination, department and article / S.K.U. numbers. Prepare inspection reports on all merchandise inspected whether at pre-production, in-line, pre-final and final inspections.
- Conduct Factory Technical Evaluation / Monitoring Factory Processing
- Conduct Risk assessment to product and process improvement plan
- Be able to work independently with a minimum of supervision.
- Report inspection status in a timely manner.
- Sample checking and sample checking report writing
- Follow up factory W.I.P if necessary
- Follow up with the PIP (production Improvement Plan/Continuous Improvement plan)
- Work closely with the vendors for Quality Problem analysis and solving
- Complete reasonable ad hoc tasks requested by superiors.
Job Requirements
- At least 6 years’ related working experience or higher school graduates.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, flexible and good team player.
- Computer knowledge using(Office excel, work, PPT etc)
- Ability to follow up independently.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skill to interact with all levels, both external and internal.
