Duties & Responsibilities: Based in Shenzhen area, 办公地点：深圳
Lead team of footwear Inspectors responsible for du-pro and final random inspections
Establish industry-leading integrity policies and process.
Work closely with clients to support their overall quality program objectives
Responsible for overall quality, completeness and accuracy of final inspection reports
Recruit / hire new Inspectors
Work with company’s executive management to develop and grow inspection business
Frequent travel to other locations / provinces to oversee inspection work
Requirements: Qualifications & Education
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in footwear-related field, with extensive training / certification in quality control processes. Good command of English language, both written and spoken, required
Expertise or Experience: 7+ years of quality management experience required, in footwear industry. Extensive experience in footwear manufacturing and quality control required. AQSIQ Certificate is an obvious advantage but not a must.
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office suite of applications
Travel Requirements: Based in Shenzhen area – with frequent travel to Fujian province and other footwear manufacturing centers
