职位描述：
1、高层管理职位，协助总经理决策层制定公司发展战略，负责其领域内短期及长期的公司决策和战略，对公司中长期目标的达成产生重要影响；
2、分管生产部、品控部、采购部工作，负责日常管理工作及员工的管理、指导、培训及评估；
3、与供销商进行谈判，签订定货单，制定年度生产计划,进行生产调度、管理和控制；
4、负责工厂的组织管理、人员配置、设备配置及生产计划安排；
5、督促各部门进行生产、品控、仓库等工作，并激励其工作绩效；
6、制定撰写各类管理体制；生产计划报告、作业指导书等；
7、负责新品的专利申请、产品改进；
备注 ：此岗位工作地点位于：福清市宏路镇斯泰克工业区内；
岗位要求：
1、专科及以上学历，专业不限；
2、5年以上生产制造企业高层管理经验；
3、熟悉工厂的生产运作和管理，拥有丰富的生产管理、成本控制、质量管理、物流管理方面的经验；
4、了解ISO质量管理体系和5S现场管理，具备全面的精益生产理念和丰富的精益生产实践经验；
5、具备良好的计划能力、指导能力、协调能力、决策能力，较强的综合协调能力和组织管理能力。 举报 分享
