Documentation Specialist

 

Location:

· Fuxin

 

Profile:

· Proficiency and experience of at least 5 years in the area of document management in automotive

· Proficiency and experience in ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001, preferred with experience in LWG

· Business fluent language proficiency in Chinese and English

· Very good skills in Microsoft Office

· Bachelor degree in Quality Management or Business Administration or Technician with experience in document management in automotive business

 

Tasks:

· General document management e.g. versioning, storage and publishing of documents and templates in the internal file system, document management system

· Review of existing documents and templates acc. normative requirements (ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001, LWG)

· Translation and modification of existing documents and templates acc. normative requirements (ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001, LWG)

· Supporting the department managers in creation of documents and templates acc. normative requirements (ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001, LWG) 举报 分享
