职位描述：
Responsibilities:
-The commodity responsibility on mechanic components, including terminals and rubber and fixing bush and springs.
-Assist the new projects introduction till mass production according to commodity strategy.
-Leading supplier agreement negotiation and complete the target of cost reduction.
-Complete supplier nomination letter.
-Regularly review supplier risk analysis in order to promise the safe delivery from suppliers.
-Assist SQE to develop supplier quality improvement.
-Report directly to purchasing manager and other task assigned by purchasing manager.

Requirements:
-Bachor or above, mechanical, automation engineering or related major are prefered.
-Above 7 years sourcing experience on relevant commodity.
-Automotive sourcing with strong knowledge of the mechanic and rubber commodities
-The resources of supplier market and trend analysis
-Good Communication and negotiation skill
-Good Supplier development and relationship maintenance skills
