职位描述：
- Fix the failures based on maintenance request sheet, ensure quick response基于维修需求单修复故障,确保快速响应;
- Handle corrective and urgent maintenance works处理纠正和紧急维修工程；
- Take part in TPM implementation in the workshop ; 在车间参与全面生产维护的实施；
- Prepare maintenance report, action plan and indicators follow-up准备维修报告,行动计划和跟进指标；
- Contribute on failure analysis in order to avoid recurrent issues and to improve equipment reliability提供失效分析避免复发问题，提高设备的可靠性；
- Ensure on daily meetings (begining or end shift) the communication on maintenance actions done or in progress ,take responsible for equipments refurbishment as well ; and the special equipments (such as crane ,compressed air ,nitrogen system and so on ) maintenance follow-up确保日常会议(开始或结束的换班)沟通维护操作的完成或进行，负责设备整修翻新和特殊设备(如起重机、压缩空气、氮气系统等等)维护跟进；
- Contribute to improvement proposal realization实现改善提案;
- Improve the preventive maintenance visual sheet完善保养维修表;
