职位描述：
1、全面负责公司商务管理相关事宜，规范商务流程，确保公司利益；
2、负责重大项目的商务谈判，审核商务合同条款，组织起草合作协议；
3、工程签证、变更、核定单的管理；
4、负责与建设单位进行工程决算；
5、回款管理及应收帐款催收；
6、与财务、法律顾问、项目经理、业务人员等多方面协调沟通，达成结算、回款的目标；
7、协助审核工程材料计划，监督工程成本预算执行情况；

任职要求：
1、大专以上（本科以上优先），市场营销、商务管理、工程管理或工程造价相关专业毕业；
2、熟悉屋面、幕墙、钢结构、装饰工程的造价、预算、结算程序；
3、3年以上工程、贸易相关领域管理工作经验，有外企或大型国企相关领域工作经历者优先考虑；
4、具备财务、税务、法规、商务礼仪方面的专业技巧及相关知识；
5、熟悉工程定额、定价、常用材料单价、成本计算方式，熟练操作相关软件；
6、具有优秀的沟通协调能力和良好的团队合作意识和执行能力；
7、较强的亲和力和表达能力，较好的气质和谈吐，思维敏捷，具有较高的商务谈判技巧；
8、形象端庄、举止文雅，有很好的职业道德观，能够承受较强的工作压力；
