职位描述：
工作职责：
1、负责申请配件采购及跟踪工作，到货后，及时核对配件并负责办理配件入库手续；
2、负责及时做好领料单据的出、入库工作；
3、负责配件盘点、安全库存量的维护、配件定址定位等仓库日常5S工作；
4、配合维保人员做好配件报价、评审工作，及各代理商、客户的配件报价、评审、销售、应收款跟踪；
5、配合维保人员及时申请开票，帐务与开票帐目清晰；
6、对需要审批和盖章的合同进行提交，并对已生效的合同进行归档和管理；
任职资格：
1、能熟练运用Office办公软件；
2、具有较强的责任心和良好的沟通合作能力，能承受工作压力 举报 分享
