职位描述：
- Perform Asian IPO supply base quality audit and supplier technology assessment to ensure superior quality of purchased components and advanced supplier technology
- Lead Asian IPO supplier GPAP Process and qualify new product/process
- Monitor Asian supplier performance for incumbent suppliers for selected commodities or projects
- Lead and support the development of Asian suppliers identified from quality and technology perspective to establish long-term supply relationship. Complete development activities in a timely manner
- Negotiate and communicate with supplier quality Management to achieve key quality objectives and timing to support development of new programs
- Participate in identifying and pre-screening high potential Asian suppliers for selected commodities / components to support Whirlpool’s manufacturing operations worldwide.
- Solve complex solutions with global, cross functional partners to achieve project objectives
- Drive Pro-active communication of results and actions to global partners
- Participate in Asian supplier site visit and Sourcing Strategy Development assessment
- Aid in delivering annual cost saving and new Asian supplier development targets set for IPO
- Work on ad hoc quality related projects and conduct necessary training for suppliers

Requirement:

- Degree in Engineering /mechanical engineering /electronics & or motors
- Minimum 3– 5 years of Supplier Quality work experience with a global multi-national company
- Knowledge of production processes for PCBA, Motors, Basic Technology or Raw Material
- Analytical thinking with the ability to turn findings into solutions with attention to details
- Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize and execute against targets
- Good communicator with ability to convince
- Very good English language skills, verbally and in writing
- Reliable Team player
- Familiar with SPC, TQC, Cpk, FMEA, FPA and incoming material quality control / inspection, process control and other quality management tools.
- Familiar with TS 16949 /ISO 9002 / QS 9000 / ISO 14000 quality system, supply base technology, R&D, test equipment and devices, prototype lab and tooling making.
- Preferred with some basic Six Sigma and Lean knowledge and principals 举报 分享
