Requirements:

1.Good presentation skills of Chinese and English

2.Bachlor’s Degree or above, CET 6 or above

3.5 years’ experience in marketing. Experience in industrial real estate or investment invitation would be preferable

4.Good relationship with government staff of Shanghai development zones preferable

5.Excellent ability of business development and client tracing

6.Organizational coordination, responsibility, conscientiousness, motivation and teamwork spirit are necessary

7.Working place: Jing’an District, Shanghai

Obligations:

1.Analyze economic and industrial situation as well as trends and characteristics of investment;

2.Make stage plans for promotion and marketing and put plans into practice;

3.Develop, follow-up and finalize potential projects;

4.Keep in close touch with Shanghai government staff in charge of development zones and update information of related target clients;

5.Establish good cooperation with well-renowned international investment agencies, which include DTZ, Savills, CB Richard Ellis, Jones Lang Wootton, Colliers International,etc;

6.Keep in close touch with famous commercial chamber and associations in Shanghai as well as Commercial Sections of Consulates of developed countries that locate in Shanghai..
