Job Responsibilities 工作职责
1) Offer Finishing Technical Support / Advice / Troubleshooting to the GC Finishing Team :
1.1) Application / development advice and ideas
1.2) Product selection advice upon request
1.3) Laboratory support for product evaluation / leather development
1.4) Trouble shooting for finishing segment in laboratory and externally
2) Help in co-ordination and preparation of leather fairs / workshops / roadshows :
2.1) Collection production in co-ordination with all technical staff
2.2) Co-ordinate training / workshops for Stahl and customer staff as required
3) Help to develop and implement key finishing project strategies in our region :
3.1) Development of leathers / application techniques
3.2) Introduction of products / systems to key customers / markets
3.3) Analysis of market needs / promotion opportunities in finishing
3.4) Project co-ordination between TM and Market
4) Ensure own and subordinates compliance with company guidelines including :
4.1) health and safety
4.2) dress codes
4.3) working practices
4.4) holidays
4.5) sickness / absence
5) Co-operate fully with finishing lab supervisor / TM to ensure smooth lab operations
6) Ensure the best possible image of Stahl and in particular GTC is displayed at all time
