职位描述：

岗位职责：
1. 根据公司招商加盟的发展战略，统筹公司加盟计划，负责招商加盟体系的搭建和优化，制定连锁加盟具体流程以及标准等；
2. 负责建立连锁加盟店的经营模式及运营管理体系，建立标准化开店工作体系，制定运营标准并监督实施；
3. 与意向加盟商进行商务谈判，加盟模式、政策和公司经营理念等方面的宣传，及整个加盟店项目的签约，加盟后监督开发、运营部门对加盟项目进行支持和管理；
4. 负责公司新加盟店规划选址工作的审核，并对新店选址前期工作出具评估报告（包括市场调查，场地的功能规划，水电气消防环保的指导，人员的配置，开业前期营销策划，财务盈亏点的测算），为公司决策提供数据分析；
5. 负责各加盟店的关系维护，及时做好各项政策信息的沟通与反馈，维护好各加盟商之间的合作关系，随时跟进维护加盟商的经营状况，提供帮助与支持；
6. 对加盟服务流程进行监控，就加盟店存在的问题提供解决方案。

任职资格：
1、28-35岁，大专或以上学历，市场营销或工商管理等相关专业；·

2、三年以上连锁品牌加盟招商工作经验，有服装、女鞋等快时尚行业工作经验者优考虑先；

3、能独立承担协助加盟商拓展、出差巡店的工作，并总结报告；

4、具备较强的市场策划能力、沟通表达能力、组织协调能力，并有运营管理能力；

5、能敏锐把握市场动态，分析发展趋势、产品特点、竞争策略及对手产品的优劣势等
6、熟悉加盟连锁与直营企业标准化管理；
