工作职责：
1. 能够制定拜访计划（2-4次/年）并按照计划对客户进行拜访，与客户建立良好的关系并维护加强这些关系。
2 .能够及时转签，续签维保合同，寻找潜在客户，争取获得合同。
3．能够按合同规定完成应收款的收取。
4．能够分析维保市场，分析竞争对手，及时提供客户信息，每月向主管提交相应的分析、改进报告。
5．能够开展价值营销，积极推广OM（大包合同）、PA（提价），确保OM%、PA完成并超出预期目标。
6．能够介入住宅小区设备三方移交工作，为客户关系建立与后期免保转签打下坚实基础。
7．能够介入VIP/物业客户的日常投诉工作，为投诉的及时处理及提升公司的可信任度提供最大支持。
任职资格：
1、 本科以上机电类或管理类专业
2、 具有较强的沟通和协调能力；
3、 具有较强的市场敏锐度和客户掌控能力；
4、 熟练掌握并使用计算机办公软件
