Nature and scope of job:
1. Directly responsible for all production engineering and on time completion of required activity, such as:
==> production drawings transformation (client ==> production)
==> sampling for new project
==> produce testing fixture and assembling board
==> customer field improvement and adjustment.
2. Training technical Supervisor of product knowledge, drawing analysis, New Product Development (NPD) procedure. Continue to improve technical team’s competence.
3. Improve the technical system, such production drawing system, ERP system and technical document creating.
4. In charge of all new projects development,
5. Support the production to optimize the production line lay out. Guide the in-house technical staff make the testing fixture and assembly board, including SOP’s.
6. Ensure to provide direct and timely support to Sales, Purchasing and Production for drawings and BOM.
7. Leading the technical team to solve technical issues.
8. Provide the technical suggestion to the management and make the technical preparation for potential industries.
9. IT Admin for our small in house network
Qualifications
? Electrical Engineer
? Experience in Harness and / or Control Panel
? Good interpersonal and communication skills.
? Proficient computer skills in Auto CAD and Solid works.
? Detailed, responsible, pro-active and Team player.
? Good verbal and written skills in both English and Chinese.
