职位描述：
Responsibilities:
- Responsible with Purchasing to manage supplier development, performance and continuous improvement.
- Responsible for evaluating current and potential suppliers and ensuring continuous improvement through training, planning and implementing corrective and improvement actions.
- Responsible to help suppliers in problem solving effectiveness/8D response and implementation. Help resolve Plant quality issues pertaining to suppliers.
- Responsible to lead Supplier APQP activities/direct and monitor supplier APQP activities (control plans, PFMEA, flow diagrams, Run at Rate Studies, SPC, etc.)
- To co-ordinate and lead the introduction of new programs, linking into the Product Line assuring all timings of APQP are met via safe launch activities.
- Monitor and report supplier APQP status into Product Line / Program Management meetings.
-Respond promptly and effectively to correct urgent quality problems. Develop and implement procedures, processes and methods promoting defect prevention techniques and continuous improvement in suppliers.
- Assists commodity team and R&D team in supplier qualifications processes and supplier evaluation. Perform and coordinate supplier audit, report results and recommends opportunities for improvement.




Requirements
- Bachelor degree within Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years experience in an industrial environment, preferably in quality control / systems.
- Quite familiar with Metal parts or Electronics parts or Plastics parts
- Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, TS 16949, VDA6.3 & ISO 14000
- 8D/CAR problem solving techniques/other such formal problem solving techniques
- Familiar with Quality Management tools such as APQP, PPAP, Problem Analysis Tools, etc.
- Quality Auditing skills and experience
- Advanced Quality Planning skills (APQP)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
