Job description of Outside sales
Report Structure:
Report to MSC General Manager
Objective of the Role
- Build up China pipeline mainly in PTD market and General industry.
- Maintain market growth CAGR over 30% on yearly base
- Manage KAM and distributor toward the target of doubel maket size in every 3 year.
- Build up Mors Smitt image perception in market place.
- Comercial founction, local presence, tenical seminar, defective explanation, cost negotiation, spare parts & tools selling, and so on
Background of Candidates
- Education : Electric Engineering subject, in University degree.
- At least 5 years experience in PTD and other industry sales and promotion activities.
- Existing resources in PTD, extra resources in Oil-gas, Minning, Heavy Industry is a plus.
- Presentation skill must have.
- Knowhow on KAM
- Knowhow on Channel management
- Independent worker, Suitable for high presure, able to travel up to 60% higher
- Very good communication skill to cusotmers on every level, able to generate accurate report and follow up projects
- Knowhow & Experience on low voltage electrcs instrument application, installation.
- Analitic, and business acumen， and negotiation skill.
- English is working language
- Skill on inhouse paper work, dealing with customer inquiry and necessary comercial communication & negotiation
- Honesty, Effective, Efficency, capability on manage job by self.
