1：熟悉汽车用传感器工作机理，特别是空气流量计、氧传感器、胎压传感器等的工作原理；
2：有项目开发管理经验者优先
3：掌握电子电路基础知识和仪器设备的应用，具有较强的动手能力
4：掌握mcu软件开发技术优先，熟悉并能熟练进行单片机开发者待遇加厚
5：具有相关测试系统集成及单片机开发经验者，了解汽车电控系统的基本原理及CAN/LIN总线知识者优先
6：要有团队合作精神
