职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、贯彻执行公司的管理方针，带领团队完成每月公司设定的销售目标；
2、负责分店日常顾客接待、验光、光度投诉等专业技术工作；
3、负责店铺日常人员及事务管理与协调工作；
4、负责店铺人员培训和考核；
5、负责店铺环境卫生、安全、防火的工作管理程序；
6、激励下属员工，完成公司下达的工作任务；
7、处理客人投诉和投诉向上级转介；
任职资格：
1、年龄25~35岁，身高160cm以上，男女不限，持有中级或以上验光资质证书；
2、熟悉视光学理论知识、验光流程及验光设备的使用方法；
3、具备良好的职业道德，服务意识强，对潮流敏感，有上进心；
4、具有1年以上的相关工作经验优先。 举报 分享
