2．3年及以上男装时尚休闲T桖或衬衣、夹克设计经验，能够独立完成印花类、绣花类的图稿设计和面辅料搭配，直到样衣完成；
3．思维活跃，具有良好的色彩与造型审美感观，善于把握国内外相关知 名品牌风格与流行趋势，掌握布、辅料特性，对新布料开发有一定认 识，并能巧用现代布辅料设计出新颖款式；
4．能根据产品企划和客户需求加以分析，从中找出开发的依据，并独立 完成设计工作；
5．熟练使用photoshop、coreidraw、AI、等相关服装设计软件。
