1 - JOB DESCRIPTION AND DUTIES
? Warehouse Supervisor is in charge of warehouse of Copreci China under direction of Logistics Manager.
? Warehouse Supervisor is in charge of warehouse of Copreci Sourcing under direction of Logistics Manager.
? MAINLY DUTIES:
? Record arrival material from suppliers for IQC checking.
? Arrange daily material, semi-product & finished goods in & out of warehouse.
? Update daily in & out record for material, semi-product & finished goods
? Arrange monthly, yearly inventory checking & prepare report.
? Assist planner to keep safety stock.
? Prepare obsolete stock report every 3 months.
? Arrange loading for deliveries to customer, prepare documents needed & keep record.
? Warehouse layout arrangement & furniture management. Supervise warehouse clean & order.
? Warehouse operators management & attendance record.
? ISO relevant documents filing & management.
? Annual improvement planning.
2- STUDIES REQUIRED
? College degree or above.
? Chinese, English (written & reading, simple communication)
3 - SKILLS REQUIRED
? Be skilful in Microsoft excel.
? Be skilful in Axapta or ERP system is preferential.
? Be familiar with components, semi-product & finished goods.
? Analysis capacity, be able to quick response & try to find solution.
? Initiative and responsibility. Be able to follow & finish work carefully & earnestly.
? Negotiation capacity, be able to understand & exchange view. If possible, to solve problem.
? Organisation capacity, be able to do things in order & with planning.
? Team work abilities.
? Good personal relationship capacity.
? Good occupational ethic.
