职位描述：
Mission:
1.Guarantee the continual improvement objectives of production zone.
2.To be Process Engineer PTM in terms of new project.
3.Make sure the VPS deployment in relative product zone.


Responsibilities:Ensure the new process design,adptation and realization respect Valeo rules and standards ( VPS rules,ergonomics rules...)
Design and adapt the process for new project.
Involve in flow analysis/flexibility analysis/ergonomics analysis/balance study for new or adapted process.
Design, realisation and validation of new and adapted equipment in new project.
？ Design, realisation and validation of new and adapted toolong/jig in new project.
？ Design, realisation and validation of new and adapted checking apparatus in new project.
？ Prepare the process documents to be ready for new production.
？ Train the operators for new project.
？ Follow up the full production day.
？ Optimize the process through VPS deployment.
？ Involve in solving the quality problem of process.
？ Improve productivity.
？ Reduce the production cost.
？ Update the standard time system.
？ Realize the process modification due to engineering modification.
？ Assist production to improve the reliability.

Qualification
1.At least 5 years professional experience of process engineer in Painting production.
2.Bachelor degree.Major in Mechnical or Engineering.
3.Good team work spirit,hard working.
