1. 英语熟练（需要英语或者相关专业）。
2.具备良好的外贸业务经验，熟悉外贸流程（具有欧美国家外贸经验优先）。
3.具备独立开发客户能力（通过网络以及展会）。
4.具备较好的方案企划能力及较强的执行力，具有一定的事业心。
5.有良好的心态，可以承受业务压力，可以接受从低处做起。
