1. Purpose of the Job 工作目的
The role is to provide strong technical analysis, design and support in conjunction with logistic initiatives to drive logistics operation to be safe, efficient, productive and cost effective.
Especially from facility and process side to ensure high level logistic operation safety and operation efficiency is well planned and supported in
? new GF, including capacity expansion and relocation
? existing breweries.

? Manage multiple complex logistics projects and have the ability to determine methodologies and procedures for projects while supervising staff to reach goals and objective through KPIs.
? Must be focused on multi-dimensional problem solving while interacting with operational teams.

3. Accountabilities 职责
This position is responsible for layout and work flow optimization, drive operational excellence across the logistics field, which includes GF and existing breweries
? Calculate warehouse size of FG, RB, carton, Can, garage, etc based on volume given
? Standardize/optimize layout of all warehouses to improve the utilization and operation efficiency
? Define traffic policy for vehicle, parking area and various sign to ensure operation safety,
? Define the proper logistic equipments/facilities that can help improving efficiency
4. Qualifications and Technical competencies required 资历和专业能力要求
Education 教育
? Bachelor degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or related field
Experience 经验
? Minimum 3-5 years of experience required
Technical competencies 专业能力: (Job related 与工作相关)
? Proficiency in MS Office and ACAD
? Excellent management, leadership and communication skills
? Strong strategic thinking combined with outstanding tactical execution skills
? Team player with high standards of performance and personal integrity.
