OBJECTIVE
To provide support to Sales team in organizing all offline marketing events, including planning,
advertising, public relations, events organization, product development, distribution, sponsorship
and research.

THE JOB
1. Responsible for all offline marketing activities in China / Hong Kong.
2. Planning and scheduling of activities, including exhibitions, salons and other creative
activities.
3. Assist sales colleagues to achieve sales targets.
4. Liaise with relevant trade associations, official or unofficial organizations on industryrelated
activities in China / Hong Kong market.
5. Act as a representative to the company in attending market activity or industry-related
exhibition.
6. Contact point between China / Hong Kong office and the HQ in events organization,
product development and distribution related matters.
7. Work closely with Online Marketing team in online and offline activities.
8. Generate calling list, including third-party data collection of customer information and
purchase.
9. Consolidate newly registered UID information in the CRM system and distribute to the
relevant sales region.
10.Attend to all other duties as assigned by superior and Directors.

THE PERSON
1. A minimum of Bachelor's Degree or Diploma, preferably in Marketing or equivalent.
2. At least 3 years of market planning or implementation of relevant work experience.
3. Willing to travel.
