Duties:
Coordinate OEM/ODM projects with vendors and US HQ from product design, prototype thru order completion
Work directly with vendors to prepare for production, ensure production capacities can meet requirement
Provide daily leadership for all our employees assigned to the project
Work closely with vendors, QA team and Manufacturing Engineers to resolve QA and production issues
Ensure products ship according to QA standard and on schedule

Qualification requirements:
4 year university degree in manufacturing or industrial engineering or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years project management experience
Familiar with manufacturing process for kitchen appliances including: gas, electronic/electrical, metal fabrication, product packaging paint and enamel manufacturing process.
Strong organizational and communication skills; must be a team player capable of working with our project team assigned to the vendor and all our company departments
Written and oral fluency in English and Mandarin, communicate with USA office
