MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:

- Provide customers technical support on pre and post sales.

a. Understand customer applications, evaluates technical issues and provides recommendations to ensure correct solution for customers needs.

b. Understand technical issues and supports customers in implementing sensors in their environment in timely manner.

c. Understand customers' sensor problems, understands the time critical nature of issues; and provides correct technical solutions to resolve the problems. If required travels to customer sites to ensure that the customer issues are understood and resolved.

- Able to setup a timely and effective communication with technical team inside MTS Sensors global organization

- Provide internal technical support to sales engineers, customer service and distributors

- Prepare offers for special customer requests while considering the necessary parameters

- Provide product samples while considering the necessary regulations

- Administer offers and product samples.

- Cooperate with the Marketing for preparation of application notes and Trade Shows

- Track constantly product modifications and technical changes and all other information required to maintain an optimal awareness of product-technology status. Participates in product trainings

- Investigate new business opportunities and collects and distributes customer and competitor data to the Marketing Manager

- Take care of the related correspondence and files the correspondence accordingly

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Degree of Electrical or Eechanical Engineering (EE/ME)

- Job experience in similar positions

- Comprehensive knowledge in automation as well in measurement and control technology

- Service experience

- Excellent oral and written skills of local language

- Good oral and written English skills

- IT skills (MS-Office, CRM desirable)
