Key Responsibilities（明确职责）：
1.Schedule and prioritize long-term and short-term production across all process, considering production capabilities and materials availability
2.Materials(including oversea materials) ordering and delivery schedule manage
3.Plant capacities analysis

Qualification（职位要求）：
1.Bachelor degree or above
2.English lever CET6 or above
3.5 years or above experience in multinational company, responsible for production planning, scheduling and logistics planning is needed and at least 3years oversea materials management experience.
4.Knowledge of logistics and material handling is needed
5.Excellent planning and priority setting skills is needed
6.Knowledge of plants' capabilities and materials handling is highly recommended
7.Knowledge of most important IT tools, especially excel is needed
8.Knowledge of ERP system is needed
9.Good communication skills, attention to detail.
