职位要求：Job requirements
1. 协助澳门办公室日常行政管理方面的工作 Be in charge of daily affairs of Macau office.
2. 负责公司的档案管理及各类文件、资料的鉴定及统计管理工作 Be in charge of documents filing and management
3. 编写各类常见公文Be in charge of all kind of public memo.
4. 协助主管安排、计划公司各种工作会议，负责行政办公会议记录工作，参与组织其他会议并做好相关会议记录 Be in charge of daily meeting organization and edit meeting report.
5. 完成领导交办的其他事宜 Other necessary work require by manager.

任职条件：Qualifications
1. 行政管理、人力资源管理、公共关系等相关专业大专或以上学历 College degree in major of administrative management, human resource management or public relations.
2. 1年以上相关工作经验，对澳门劳动法规有一定的了解 One year related working experience, be familiar with Macau labor law.
3. 有很好的沟通协调能力，工作细致，有较强的原则性和计划性，写作能力出色 Good communication skill，attentive，principle and planning, excellent writing skill.
4. 熟练运用Office (Excel Word等)常用办公软件，编写各类常见公文 excellent skill for auto office software ,such as Excel, Word.
5. 英语听说读写熟练 Good English skill.
6.澳要求门户口。
