Duties:

1、 Responsible for Beijing plant construction, including infrastructure construction, the implementation of planning layout and the subsidiary company registration .
负责北京新建工厂的筹建，包括工厂的基建、规划布局的实施及子公司的注册等。

2、 Responsible for the company's internal production, logistics and operation management. Including the security production, logistics delivery on time, normal execution of production plan and customer settlement data accuracy and timeliness.
负责公司内部生产、物流等正常运营的管理。包括生产保障、物流供货的准时性，以及生产计划的正常执行及客户结算数据的准确和及时性。

3、 Responsible for communication and coordination with external customers, deal with daily problems.
负责公司与外部客户的沟通与协调，处理日常发生的问题。

4、 Responsible for the operation of company BOS index and the blue chip index, and ensure all index reached and continuous improvement.
负责公司运营各项BOS指标及各项蓝筹指标，并确保达成并持续改进。

5、 Responsible for organizing and coordinating with local government, business, taxation, environmental protection, security and other departments.
负责公司与当地政府、工商、税务、环保、安检等部门等事宜的组织和协调。

6、Other temporary work.
其它临时的工作。



Skills:

1、Familiar with production management and logistics management process.
熟悉生产管理和物流管理流程

2、Familiar with welding process knowledge or related mechanical knowledge.
熟悉焊接工艺知识或者相关机械类知识

3、Good English reading and writing ability.
良好的英语读写能力

4、Good planning, organizing and problem solving skills.
良好的计划组织及问题解决能力

5、Good team management experience.
优秀的团队管理经验

6、Work effectively under stressful conditions .
