Job Responsibility:
1.Coordinate and carry out customer complaints handling and communication.
2.Organize internal and external NCP root cause investigation and propose CAPAs. Issue formal NCP investigation report as required on time.
3.Analyze the root cause of the defect parts from customer, advise the temporary action, organize the permanent action study and finish the NPR, provide to superior for approval
4.Organize regularly NPR meeting to review internal and external NCP root cause and CAPAs. To ensure and validate that corrective and preventative actions are followed up to implement
5.Provide customer complaint handling statistics, analysis and notification. Submit monthly report in time
6.Assist FSSC:22000 Food safety system certificate and internal audit, and external audit (customer audit and supplier audit) , and follow up CAPAs.
7.Take part in HACCP team to work on Hazard analysis and HACCP plans
8.Provide statistics、analysis on external quality failure cost. And Supervise and validate the improvement action.
9.Conduct other task assigned by superior.

Requirement:
1.At least 5 years manufacturing environment with 3 years relating work experience in quality investigation field. Polymer/Plastic knowledge (injection molding/extrusion/lamination) is a must.
2.Good Knowledge of Quality and Food safety management system
3.Familiar with root cause analysis tools
4.Good communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
5.Good command of English writing and oral skills.
6.Be able to travel on business if necessary.
