Responsibilities:

- Train and instruct quality technician and inspector

- Create and maintain inspection instruction, quality control procedure and procedure for quality measurements in production

- Responsible for quality statistics ,test planning ,defects report and failure analysis

- Collect and analyze the quality problems and initiate the improvement both towards supplier and production

- Understand and follow-up design change, new drawing part list

- Translate relevant quality documents from headquarter.

- Process audit and SAP data maintenance

- Drive and implement quality improvement projects

- Verify and audit the supplying capability and quality of supplier

- Coordinate with material suppliers to get defects settled

- Exam, test and verify samples (MPP/PPAP).

- Responsible for management of testing tools

Requirements:

- Above college educational degree with engineering background

- At least 3 years’ experience in manufacturing fields

- Good knowledge of quality , working procedure,production process and products

- Good sense of responsibility and active response

- Solid quality responsibility and consciousness

- Excellent communication and coordination skills

- Advanced knowledge or quality control and management

- Be versed in test tools

- Self-motivated with team work spirit

- Good command of English
