Responsibilities 岗位说明：
?Track product supply plan with each dept. 与各部门跟踪产品的供应计划。
?Revise the product supply plan if necessary after GM approved. 如有必要，在总经理批准后，修改产品供应计划。
?Track delivery status with each supplier and warehouse according to the delivery plan. Report any delays and update the delivery dates.根据交付计划与各供应商和仓库跟踪交货状态。报告任何延迟和更新交货日期。
?Assist Ordering supervisor to handle ERP system.协助订购主管来处理ERP系统。
?Arrange meetings, trainings in Foshan, administrate Foshan office, cleanness, details etc.安排佛山的会议、培训，管理佛山日常办公事宜等。

Requirement 岗位要求：
*Ability to work to deadlines共同努力，完成任务的能力；
*Good communication skills良好的沟通技巧；
*Ability to well as part of a team and also alone 能独立思考，并且富有团队精神；
*Fluent in both English and Mandarin流利的英语和普通话；
*Bachelor degree will be a plus. 本科学历优先。
