职位描述
Special JOB Duties:
1. Design
· To set up work schedule according to the request and suggestion from Communication Manager.
· Coordinate with other departments on the exact requirements for promotional and operational materials.
· Be certain that all designs are done according to the corporate guidelines and standards.
· Assist with displaying promotional materials.
2. Production of printing materials
· Assist in coordinating with suppliers on the exact requirements including colours, type of paper and materials.
· Assist Communication Manager in ensuring that all printed materials are up to our requirements and are in high standards.
· Responsible for the colour proofing of all printings.
3. Suppliers
· Work with Purchasing Department to source printers for promotional materials.
4. Office Etiquette & Business Ethics
· Properly dressed in uniform with the general appearance according to the hotel standard.
· Conduct business according to the Marriott guidelines and local law.
· Compliance to the standards set up for the PR operation including telephone handling, punctuality, hotel rules, regulations and LSOPs.

1. Design
