职位描述
Job Summary:
Chief Risk Officer is responsible for all risk management aspects of the Bank which included but not limited to the management of credit risk, liquidity risk, operational risk, market risk, reputation risk and any other risks.
Responsibilities:
1. To lead and supervise Risk Management Division and Credit Risk Management Division team;
2. To create an effective and sustainable mechanism to prevent banking fraud cases as well as strengthen capabilities of identifying, early warning and handling all types of banking risk cases;
3. To oversee and ensure the effectiveness of the implementation of the Bank’s risk management policies, standards and practices;
4. To manage and develop a comprehensive process for assessing, identifying, monitoring and minimizing business risks (included credit weakness, market risk and possible and potential problems) that could interfere with the Bank's objectives and goals;
5. To regularly review risk positions and significant changes to risk positions across the Bank;
6. To ensure operational efficiency, adequate risk control, high service standard, good credit quality and compliance with the Bank’s credit policies and procedures;
7. To provide improvements in underwriting standard and practices and feedback for improvement in credit strategy formulation;
8. To ensure all business units in the Bank are in substantial compliance with risk management control policies and procedures and any external laws and regulations;
9. To deal with internal and external parties for risk control initiatives;
10.To train subordinates and all other staff on the risks related matters;
11.To perform other tasks assigned by the Chief Executive Officer.
Technical Knowledge
1. Bachelor degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, Banking or related field;
2. Understand organization structure, roles and responsibilities of each function thoroughly;
3. Understand risk profile, credit risk, market risk, operational risk, credit structure, policies and processes.
Skills
1. Strong leadership, Managerial and People management skills;
2. Strong analytical skills and systematic & visionary thinking;
3. Proficiency in both Chinese and English in particular good written and verbal communication skills.
Experiences
1. Have over 5 years of working experience in financial activities or over 10 years of working experience in relevant economic activities (including over 3 years of working experience in financial activities).
