1、Should be Finance controller’s partner in daily business
2、Ensure credibility of Finance function by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trend and forecasts for all sites. Develop budgets and forecasts and provide timely financial analysis of monthly variance from budget, forecast and prior year.
3、Maintain accurate books and records.
4、Maintain and enforce internal control that support financial reporting integrity and compliance with internal policy
5、Establishes and maintains strong relationships with business executives to identify their needs and seek full range of business solutions.
6、Ensure compliance with rules, regulations and laws.
7、Lead, coach and develop the finance team members to support the business expansions.
8、Responsible for the development of the finance staff in their respective jobs and profession.
