• 工作概要：

监管和指导客房部的全部工作，确保高质量的对客服务水平以达到客人满意，包括在客房、公共区域、洗衣房、健康中心和其它指定的二线区域内的工作。

To manage all facets of the housekeeping department
ensuring high levels of guest service and satisfaction, including guest rooms,
public areas, laundry department, U&L, storage areas，health club as well as
other work areas.

• 岗位要求：
  
  

  1. 具有酒店行政管理、商业管理或相关的文凭，本科学位优先。Diploma holder in Hotel Management or related
     discipline, degree preferred.
     
  2. 拥有10年酒店客房服务工作经验，并至少有5年客房部门管理经验。有酒店项目开业经验优先。10 years housekeeping service
     experience with at least 5 years in housekeeping management. Hotel project
     opening experience is Preferable
     
  3. 良好的沟通和人际关系技能。Good communication and interpersonal skills
     
  4. 具有良好中、英文写作技能，良好的英文口语及中文表达能力。Good command of written and spoken English and
     Chinese
     
  5. 良好的组织及领导能力。 Good organizational and leadership skill
     
  6. 具有计划、推理分析、解决问题的能力。Good planning, analytical and problem solving skill
     
  7. 出众、注意成效、具有弹性处理问题技巧、有创造性及具有正面的工作态度。Outgoing, result oriented, flexible,
     creative with positive thinking attitude
