电脑部经理 MIS Manager —— 集团旗下位于 陕西省 西安市的 新酒店项目 （酒店将位于 西安市 咸阳机场）

• 工作概要：

To be responsible to manage the day to day work for the property management
system of the Hotel and guarantee the smooth operations of the system.
Coordinate with different vendors to handle problems arising from the system.
Technically evaluate, maintain and implement other computer systems of the
hotel. Work with related departments to maintain the website of the
hotel.

负责管理酒店日常的电脑系统事宜并确保畅顺的运行, 对系统作技术评估,
执行及维护等。协调软件供应商处理各项有关系统的问题并与有关部门处理酒店互联网事宜。

• 职位要求:

1. 大专或以上文化程度, 电脑信息专业为佳。Tertiary education or above with professional
   training in Management Information system.
2. 拥有有关专业知识 - 熟悉电脑系统的工作流程并能独立处理有关事务。Possess professional knowledge in computer -
   familiar with the work process of the system and can be work
   independently.
3. 有五年以上在酒店电脑部工作的相关经验。Minimum 5 years related working experience in the
   hotel MIS Department
4. 了解酒店管理操作系统，如酒店前台管理系统（PMS）、餐饮管理系统（POS）,宴会及销售系统（S&C）,酒店财务系统（ACCOUNTS）等等,
   以熟悉OPERA PMS操作系统为佳。Familiar with various hotel systems likely, PMS,
   POS, S&C, Accounts especially proficient in handling the “Opera”
   System.
5. 要求熟悉中小企业的网络系统，具备对企业的内联网及外联网管理技术；能够掌握企业的网络需求，并对其维护及管理；同时要求了解WIFI技术，能够对酒店客房的WIFI进行维护和管理。Familiar with hotel Intranet and Internet network
   administration. Basic knowledge in handling the hotel WIFI system.
6. 良好中、英文沟通技巧以处理各类问题。Good communication skill in written and verbal
   English and Chinese to handle different problems
7. 能与同事及客人保持良好的人际关系。Can maintain good relationship with colleagues and
   customers.
8. 要有团队精神，并能按照需求的变化作出及时的调整。A team worker and can adjust according to different
   changes of needs.
