1. Maintenance:
- Follow up daily QRQC issues and analysis breakdown by different category, report MTTR and MTBF
- Continually improve equipments' stability and reliability
- Make PM procedure and plan,make maintenance WI for special works.
- Implement PM for equipments to meet production and quality's requirements.
2.Technical support:
- Provide Training to technician if needed.
- Help technician to get/translate documents for maintenance, such as manuals,drawings,etc.
- Cooperate with suppliers in technical issues.
3.Spare parts:
- Perfect the basic information of equipments and spare parts.
- Manage spare parts warehouse and ensure spare parts supply to technician
- Cooperate with buyer in sourcing spare parts.
4.Partial works:
- Assist maintenance manager in maintenance cost analysis
- Any other works assigned by N+1.



Degree in Engineering
Native language:Chinese. Fluent in English
Experience in method/production in the high volume industry, Automotive industry is a plus (3 years minimum)
