职位描述
Accountabilities 职责
Lead to develop plan and implement it for maintenance reliability improvement through thorough understanding of the plant operation and deep analysis of process data, assist with world class maintenance management knowledge, benchmarking. Drive up overall maintenance improvement in China plants.
Work with regional maintenance managers and Plant TS managers & maintenance manager
Develop zone maintenance strategic plan in reliability improvement, and overall maintenance improvement in assigned areas.
Assess plant maintenance performance to open gaps and drive continuous improvement.
Provide guidance to VPO maintenance pillar to continuously open gap for improvement, and coordinate action plans to implement improvement.
Visit plant to validate the VPO maintenance pillar quality for calibration.
Audit maintenance process to ensure VPO is well followed in VPO plants.
Lead/Coordinate on maintenance project execution to ensure the technical standards are implemented.
Develop plan and lead implementation to foster expertise , SME in plant maintenance team and coaching & skill up training .
Best practice exchange among the breweries.
Focus on problem solving of highly critical issues, and standardize actions to prevent re-occurring.
Develop expertise , SME in maintenance team and coaching & skill up training .
Coordinate with Finance, Procurement and Sales to management CWC in maintenance, and synergize to achieve challenging saving goals .
Analyze to identify the potential saving opportunities in maintenance and form practical action plans to implement them.
Qualifications and Technical competencies required资质和专业能力要求
Education 教育
Education in science background, bachelor degree above
Experience 经验
At least 8 years in famous world manufacturing plant, holding position of department manager or maintenance or planning manager in big size plant.
Working experience in beer or soft drink plant specially packing maintenance is plus.
Candidate has strong strength in analytic skills and attention to details can be considered with less above experience.
Working experience in foreign company is preferred.
Technical competencies (Job related) 专业能力 （与工作相关）
Excellent leadership with logical mind, able to lead projects across plants.
Solid experience in mechanical or electrical engineering, or instrumentation, automation. Packaging maintenance experience is favour.
Strong in maintenance planning process, SAP,WO execution and analysis, TPM, RCM etc modern maintenance management systems.
Excellent troubleshooting skills, good at PDCA & maintenance performance reporting .
Deep understanding of the connections between maintenance and operation, process of beverage industry. Experience of operation is preferred.
Familiar with modern industry safety practice.
Understand the national and international sanitation requirement to food manufacturer.
Understand the concept & application of value engineering.
Customer orientated, good communicator, good at.
Able to communicate in English, both speaking and writing is fluent
Good analytical skills, good at prioritize works in complex work environment, good computing skill .
Self motivated, willing to take challenge.
Highly ethic and integrity.
