Roles and Accountabilities（岗位职责）:

• To operate all machinery and equipment, monitor instruments and gauges, record and control gas volumes and pressures so as to ensure that the Off take Stations are operated in a safe manner in conformity with GD LNG regulations/procedures and statutory requirements, and that gas customer demands are fulfilled. 操作所有的设备，监控仪表和就地表，记录和控制生产工艺参数，以确保站场在符合公司规程和程序的基础上安全运行，并按照供气合同满足用户的需求。
• Responsible to the safety operation of stations when on duty. 当班期间对所在站场的安全生产全面负责。
• Responsible to the Zone Supervisor and with high responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of the GD LNG Pipeline and Off take Stations. 向区域主管负责，具备强烈的责任心，尽职尽责，确保管线和站场安全、可靠运行。

• Pipeline Operators will be assigned either to a City gas Off Take Stations or Power Plant. Work shifts are carried out on an 12-hour rotating shift pattern. Rotation is based on 4 days on 4 days off bases. 管线操作员需要在城市燃气站或电厂站上班。工作方式为12小时倒班制，连续上班4天，连续休息4天。
• The Pipeline Operators’ working contacts will be mainly related to the Pipeline Control Room Operator, other Pipeline Operators, and maintenance personnel. Additional contact with the gas customers will occasionally be required. 管线操作员主要与中控室操作员，其它管线操作员和维修人员联系，有时也需要与用户进行联系。
• External working relationships may arise in execution of the operator’s function as part of the emergency team.作为应急团队成员，遇到紧急情况，进行外部联系和协调指挥，临时担任现场指挥。
• 认真执行公司各项规章制度和工作程序，严格按照工艺操作规程进行作业。
• Report to Pipeline Operations Zone Supervisor and Senior Operator.

Principal Activities（主要工作）：

• Ensure supplying gas to customers safely, smoothly, reliably and qualify. 确保安全、平稳、可靠、合格向下游用户供气。

· Constantly monitors SCADA to ensure safe operation and quality product specification are maintained. 持续监控SCADA系统以确保安全运行，气体质量合格。

· Controls supply pressure and Off take station flows base on contracts to ensure all gas customer demands are fulfilled. 按照合同控制供气压力和站场流量以确保满足所有用户的需求。

• To ensure that all safety and environmental regulations are adhered to in accordance with safety and statutory requirements. 确保遵循所有安全和环境规程以符合安全和法规要求。
• All work in the station is the responsibility of each operator. Operators must control all work.当班操作员对站场负责，监控站内的所有作业。
• Assume role as part of GD LNG Pipeline’s emergency response team and will have an assigned duty for an emergency situation. Manage and check fire fighting equipments, be familiar with emergency procedures to facilitate timely and accurate emergency response activity. 承担应急响应团队职责，在紧急状态下，履行指定的职责。管理和检查消防器材， 熟悉应急程序以便及时响应和正确履行应急职责。
• To inspect safety devices to ensure that they are in their proper location and functioning properly. Report any hazards detected or incidents immediately.检查安全设备以确保它们在合适的位置并工作正常。及时报告发现的任何风险。
• Monitors and records instrument readings of gas volumes, temperatures, flows and pressures to ensure safe operation and quality product, and reports deviations from standard so that corrective action can be taken. 监控和记录气量、温度、流量和压力的仪表读数以确保安全运行和气体合格，报告存在的问题以便采取更正措施。
• Conducts patrol on time, checks the equipment by physical inspection whilst on shift to verify operational status and takes timely and appropriate corrective action during emergency. 当班期间，按时巡检，检验设备运行状态，发现紧急情况，采取及时、准确的措施进行处理。
• Monitor housekeeping tasks in specific areas of responsibility to ensure good appearance. 监控站场各区域环境卫生，确保良好的站容站貌。
• Monitor all Fire & Gas alerts and alarms. 监控所有火气警报和报警。
• Raise work orders in MAXIMO in time when problems are found, issue PTW with high quality based on maintenance scheduled plans for each stations. Monitor the maintenance work safely and attend the maintenance quality management. 发现问题时，及时填报MAXIMO工单，严格按照维修计划，高质量签发作业许可证。监控维修作业以确保安全，参与维修质量的三级管理。
• Prepare of Off take Station equipment for maintenance including energy isolation and gas freeing. 进行站场设备维修的准备工作，包括能源隔离、气体放空和氮气置换等。

• Perform minor maintenance which can be safely conducted with competent manner whilst on shift. 当班期间，安全地开展力所能及的小型维修。
• Records of all safety permits are to be filed and stored for audit purposes. 填写所有的安全许可记录并保存以便进行审计。
• Submit JOC and PTW audit monthly as per requirement. 按照要求每月提交JOC和PTW AUDIT。

• Build technical dossier of station and update it in time.

• To maintain constant communication with Pipeline Central Control Room Operators, Pipeline Senior Operator and Zone Supervisor. Report deviations from standard to Pipeline Central Control Room Operators and Zone Supervisor so that corrective action can be taken. 与中控室操作员、高级操作员和区域主管保持持续沟通。向中控室操作员和区域主管报告问题以便采取更正措施。
• Attend the zone monthly check. 积极参与月度检查和桌面应急演习。
• Attend the trainings to improve skills. 积极参与各种培训，提高自身技能。
• Submit the living and office material reasonably, confirm and receive and manage effectively. 合理上报本站的生活、办公物资，确认签收，并进行有效管理。
• 对本站保安和保洁员提供培训和进行管理，确保他们熟知工作注意事项，了解相关职责。
• 积极参与公司TOP体系学习和考核，努力提高自身素质素养。
• 按时按质完成站场各种生产日报。

Competencies and Experience（能力与经验）：

Minimum of one year experience working in gas, refinery, petrochemical plant or offshore platform. 至少1年油气输配、炼油厂、化工厂或海上平台的工作经验。

Must have an in-depth knowledge of nature gas. 熟悉石油天然气行业工艺知识。

Must have operating experience of nature gas. 具备石油天然气行业操作经验。

Be familiar with SCADA system and can operate skillfully. 熟悉SCADA系统，能够熟练操作。

Know communication equipments and can judge the fault of equipments. 了解通讯设备，能够判断设备的故障。

Must have some written English and spoken English. 具备一定的书面英语和英语口语能力。

Can use office software skillfully. 熟练使用办公软件。

Get State certificate of pressure vessel and long pipeline. 取得了国家技术质量监督局颁发的压力容器及长输管道操作资格证。

Which have electric certificate is preferred. 具有电工操作证将优先考虑。

Educational Background（教育背景）

The job holder must have a junior college diploma or above, major in nature gas or associated. 大专及以上学历，石油天然气或相关专业。
