Roles and Accountabilities职责描述 :
1 To operate all machinery and equipment, monitor instruments and gauges, record and control gas volumes and pressures so as to ensure that the plant is operated in a safe manner in conformity with Guang dong GDLNG regulations/procedures and statutory requirements, and that quality product is delivered to customers.
操作设备、监控仪表，记录和控制压力、流量、温度，确保安全生产，严格遵守公司的相关规定和程序，确保可靠性外输。
2 Responsible to the Shift supervisor for the safe and efficient operation of the GDLNG terminal
安全和高效的对倒班主管负责
3 Work is carried out on a rotating shift basis.

Principal activities 主要工作 :
1 To operate all machinery and equipment, monitor instruments, record and control gas volumes, pressures and temperatures, to ensure that quality product is delivered to customers in a safe and cost-effective manner.
操作设备、监控仪表，记录和控制压力、流量、温度，确保安全生产，提倡节能减排。
2 To perform housekeeping tasks in specific areas of responsibility.
负责区域的现场卫生
3 To inspect safety devices to ensure that they are in their proper location and functioning properly.
检查安全设备，确保功能的正常和可用。
Duties and Responsibilities职责和责任 ：
1 Monitors and records instrument readings of gas volumes, temperatures, flows and
2 pressures during the chilling cycle to ensure safe operation and quality product, and reports deviations from standard so that corrective action can be taken.
监控和记录气体压力、流量、温度，确保安全平稳外输，报告现场任何异常情况。
3 Conducts maintenance checks of the equipment by physical inspection whilst on shift to verify operational status and takes appropriate corrective action as required.
清楚设备的工作状态，检查现场设备，配合维修工作。
4 Prepares shift report for areas of specific responsibility for submission to Shift Supervisor.

5 Inspects safety devices in area assigned, verifies their placement, test their operational status to establish their hazard/accident detection and warning capability to prevent fires and accidents. Report any hazards detected or incidents immediately.
负责区域的安全设备，立即报告任何的潜在风险和事件
6 Assume role as part of LNG plant’s fire fighting team and will have an assigned duty for an emergency situation. Reviews fire fighting checklist at the commencement of shift to ensure familiarity with procedures to facilitate timely and accurate emergency response activity.
紧急情况下可担任现场消防队员，参与现场的应急反应。
7 Prepare equipment for maintenance in accordance with standard operating procedures to minimize plant downtime.
按照操作程序隔离设备。
8 Performs housekeeping tasks in areas of responsibility to eliminate safety hazards and maintain a clean working environment.
负责区域卫生，排除安全风险，维持一个清洁的工作环境。

7 Participate in or support the incident investigation and ensure the facticity, accuracy and timeliness;
参与或配合事故调查，不瞒/骗/迟报；
8 Provide constructive proposals for company safety operation;
为公司的安全生产，提供合理建议；
Work Experience & Educational Background工作经验与教育背景 ：
1 Minimum of 3 years experience working in gas, refinery, petrochemical plant or offshore platform
3年以上天然气储运、石油化工、海上平台工作经验
2 The jobholder must have a High School diploma or National Technician’s Certificate.
大专以上或国家技师证书
