职位描述

1. Accountabilities 职责


  • Responsible for monthly material price analysis, validate and consolidate the analysis from brewery. Provide VIC price visibility to senior management
  • Responsible for 3YP, Annual budget on VIC material price, include target cascading to material and brewery level
  • Provide guidance to brewery on VIC price analysis, establish and refine standard definition for analysis
  • Prepare procurement monthly T&M deck, organize procurement monthly T&M deck
  • Prepare and deliver strategic plan and budget
  • prepare annual budget according to business cycle
  • Track spending by providing relevant report and by getting source data from other departments.

· Develop analysis and provide insights on ACT/BGT variances and spending effectiveness

· Ad hoc/regular report/analysis

· Develops ad hoc analysis, business cases and follow up action plans for the critical/top line issues

· Develop monthly business updates commercial performance

· 3. Build up and improve governance for zone procurement

· Build up and execute routine management by putting in place exercisable procedures (budget review procedures, commercial performance review procedure, market share review procedure etc.

2. Qualifications and Technical competencies required 资历和专业能力要求

Education 教育

Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting or Information/IT is preferred

Experience 经验


  • Master in Cost accounting, can handle complex operation and accounting issues.
  • Good understanding on Food & Beverage manufacturing process, Bill of Material
  • lT, SAP knowledge
  • Excellent excel and powerpiont skills, Fluent English in speaking and writing.
  • Strong analysis skills, logic thinking. Strong abilities of planning, leadership, decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Good communication skill and push for result.
  • Self motivated, willing to take challenges. High ethic and integrity. Over 5 years experience in beer industry or beverage industry is preferred
