Job Responsibilities 岗位职责：
?Supporting the board in the preparation of budgets and financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, tax returns and other reports required by Chinese law and Hong Kong law
协助董事完成各项财务报表，如：损益表、资产负债表、税款申报表等其他大陆和香港法律规定各公司需要提交的财务报表
?Contributing to the achievement of the company objectives by providing advice and guidance on financial strategy.
根据公司的战略目标，给予上级合理的建议和财务战略规划
?Managing the cash balances of HYPE
监管公司资金流动情况
?Overseeing all accounting procedures and systems used by HYPE.
监督公司各项财务流程和制度的严格执行
?Enforcing financial strategies and regulations, including reviewing the book keeping to ensure compliance with PRC GAAP and company policies and instructions
负责组织实施公司财务决策和执行规章制度，并审核公司账务确保符合各项法律法规和公司内部流程制度
?Evaluating financial systems and methods and propose and implement improvements
评估各项财务体系和流程制度的运作效率，并进行改进
?Managing the HYPE finance department??
负责财务部的日常管理工作

Requirements任职要求：
?Accounting & Finance Degree and above;
财经类学士学位及以上
?Certified Senior Accountant
高级注册会计师资格证
?More than 5 years in Accounting or Auditing field; 2 more years on management position.
5年以上的财务管理经验，2年以上的同岗位工作经验
?Skillful operation of financial software and office software ;
精通各种财务软件和办公软件
?Good English verbal and written skills
优秀的英语书面和口语能力
