Job Purpose
He/She is responsible for assisting the brand manager in developing and executing the overall strategic PR plan for two brands. This includes the execution of the overall integrated PR plan, calendar, budget, and communications initiatives. He/She executes company promotions, events, advertising, in-store promotions, media and public relations, Weibo / online Media, and customer loyalty programs.
This role works internally and externally - partnering with management on new product positioning as well as interfacing with training, retail, operations, merchandising and decoration teams to expand the company's brand presence and keep abreast of all new products, designs and process’s.
He/She supports the Brand manager by developing, recommending, and delivering both internal and external communication campaigns that help achieve an increase in sales and brand awareness

Responsibilities
? Execute exciting, fun, and integrated online marketing campaigns & gifts to increase new customer traffic as well as to increase customer loyalty.
? Develop on brand and cost effective in store and online gifts to be given away during campaigns and holiday seasons.
? Manage in-house showroom communicating daily with Media and pushing for product placement and feature articles about the brand. Build relationships with media.
? Manage and execute monthly content plans for both Weibo sites linking to TMALL and in-store campaigns
? Evaluate market reactions to advertising and promotion programs; ensure timely adjustment of strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
? Develop localized events, advertising and campaigns that are linked to both online and in store sales.
? Ensure that Managers and Staff are supported with SOPs, and high quality training on each campaign or promotion.
? Translate and copyright seasonal press release, branding materials and articles from English to Chinese
? Search for sponsorship opportunities with on brand partners to achieve brand awareness and increase in sales linked to in-store profits.
