TASKS

? Co ordinate with Retail to plan and execute monthly fashion shows
? Co ordinate with Merchandising to plan and execute seasonal sales meeting
? Co ordinate with Marketing to plan and execute seasonal press days
? Co ordinate with Marketing Communications supervisor to plan and execute monthly Weibo plans with one event / activity per month
? Carry out follow up reports with P&L report
? Stick to budgets and look for cost effective ways to produce local shows while making the brand look professional and attractive
? Keep on top of new venues and spaces to hold events in
? Build relationships with cost effective and professional production companies China wide
? Assist VM with creative idea’s for building in store island displays and activity areas
? Keep up to date with seasonal trends attending trend meetings, working closely with Marketing Communications Supervisor for monthly content idea’s for D:FUSE and C by D:FUSE weibo sites
? Maintains weekly and monthly calendar updates to keep all parties in formed of events and activities
? Co ordinate with Marketing Communications supervisor to write monthly feedback reports for Weibo to be presented to company upper management. To be submitted on the 5th of every month.


JOB DESCRIPTION ：
He/She is responsible for planning, strategizing, hosting and executing all in house, online and external events. This role works internally and externally - partnering with management on brand awareness, product launching, team building events, new season promotion and online competitions.
He/She supports the Brand manager by planning, managing and researching events to help boost the awareness of D:FUSE and other Hype Scandinavia brands
The events coordinator must focus on finding venues, working with budget, models, gifting and organization of all events at Hype. To push local fashion shows and activities to make profit and increase brand awareness. To work with Marketing communications to supervisor to excite monthly Weibo plans and carry out online events and activities.
