Responsibilities
1. Visit shops to ensure brand standards and VM principles are applied correctly by interacting with local area managers, shop managers, VMs. Correct wrong displays. Report problems of the shop to the retail shop supplies specialist and VM.
2. Understand perfectly the brand image, decoration standards and VM principles
3. Prepare reports to be periodically sent to the headquarter
4. During the shop visits, performs training for the in-store personnel
5. Support VM correcting the display and answering the feedback pictures sent by retail
6. Participate to the set up of events, making sure the product display is correctly arranged


Requirements
? Bachelor degree or above
? Excellent communication and organization skills
? Independence and responsibility
? Like fashion and knows current trends
? Available for frequent travelling
? Previous experience in in-store VM is a plus
