---4年以上的资深买手经历
---有能力来培养和统领一个有管理经验的团队
---能展示出认清潮流，发展策略和实施转变的能力
---能与不同的管理层一起很好的工作，建立合作机制和指导团队
---有很强的计算，分析，协商和领导能力
---熟悉中英文
Position description:
Senior apparel & footwear buyer
We are looking for with outstanding product knowledge and sales management skills of senior apparel & footwear buyer
Required duties:
- - - can develop and implement a unique strategy to as much as possible to complete the sales
- - - can manage and coordinate store comments and suggestions
- a clear understanding of each product all kinds of trend
According to historical records management, price changes and determine a suitable quantity
- according to seasons of products and make the corresponding changes
- - - can hire, cultivate and train a team of buyer
- can combine different responsibilities of the partners to jointly run the business
Requirement.
In many brands of fashion or sport retail stores have 5-10 year work experience
- more than 4 years of senior buyer experience
- the ability to train and lead a team management experience
- can show that recognize tide, development strategy and implement change capacity
- with different management work together very well, the establishment of cooperation mechanism and guide team
Have a very strong calculation, analysis, negotiation and leadership
- familiar with English
